My wife and I had no idea how much effort went into selling a home in 2021, and when it came to finding a realtor, we were not 100% sure how to proceed. Joann Perna helped us focus on aspects that would generate interest from buyers, which was a huge help. Our home sold and Joann helped us from start to finish including suggestions for movers and other professionals that were required. I worked with Joanne Perna to sell my condo in Carmel , NY . I have never sold a home before so this was my first experience . I have to be honest and say I was nervous and unsure . Joanne explained every detail to me so I was accurately informed and felt comfortable with my decisions . Joanne was extremely responsive via email , text or phone . I never had to wait more than a few minutes for her to be in touch with me . I always knew Joanne was advocating on my behalf with my best interest at heart ! I am a busy working mom and Joanne would make calls for me and follow up with appointments to help me along the way ! She was present at my closing and I could feel her support right behind me ! Joann by far has been the most knowledgeable, dedicated, and honest real estate agent that we've ever had the pleasure of working with. Joann sold our house in Mahopac  approximately a year and a half ago and  handled the process in a very smooth and efficient manner. We were selling our house in the middle of pandemic and we are lucky to have a realtor like JoAnn Perna. She is very professional and very responsive in answering our questions and giving good advices.  She helped us overcome all the problems on the way without pushing us. We had disagreement with buyers 10 days before closing and I almost lost my heart. She is the one to hold everybody together and tirelessly worked to find a solution.
